We are proud to announce the acquisition of Eastern Bearings Company Pty Ltd.
Established in 1988, Eastern Bearings began by servicing the local industries of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Over time, it grew to become a key wholesaler of bearings and seals across Australia and New Zealand & a market leader in overseas sourcing.
As of June 30, 2025, the retail division of Eastern Bearings ceased operations, coinciding with the date of our acquisition.
At Finer Power Transmissions, we are always seeking ways to expand our product range and improve our services to better support independent distributors. This acquisition significantly strengthens our overseas sourcing capabilities through expanded supply channels, improved freight consolidation, and enhanced technical expertise—reinforcing our ability to meet your bearing requirements.
We’re also delighted to welcome one of Eastern Bearings' founders, Mr. Steve Clark, to the Finer Power team. With over 40 years of industry experience, Steve brings invaluable expertise and will play an essential role in supporting our overseas sourcing business.
